I had a pleasant stay, the location was super convenient My twin room was spacious and impeccably clean, definitely better than my last stay in osaka. The staff were friendly and accommodating, enhancing my overall experience.

A cozy stay in Namba

Conveniently located near Namba train station, our room offered enough space for a solo traveler and was surrounded by convenience stores and hobby shops for some late-night exploring.

Unfortunately, the WiFi signal was poor, which made it difficult to keep in touch with friends and family during my stay. It would have been nice to have a stronger connection.

It was just a fine choice for a quick break in Osaka with attractive and competitive value for money. The bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower were a nice touch. Bring your own water and snacks as amenities are available only for purchase.

We stayed for 4 nights and had a nice experience overall. The staff went out of their way to assist us, providing great recommendations for local dining. Pro tip, check out the nearby sushi place for a delicious meal! The location is convenient for exploring Osaka's attractions.

I had such a fantastic time! The location is fabulous, just a quick walk to shopping and metro. My room was perfectly cozy with a spotless bathtub that felt like a mini spa retreat after a day of exploring! Plus, the friendly vibe from the staff.

I stayed at the Sarasa Hotel Namba for three nights and found the location fantastic. It's close to Denden Town and Namba station, which made getting around super easy. Beds felt comfy enough, and the room was spacious for sorting my things. I appreciated the clean shower that had good shampoo and body wash. The staff even offered umbrellas for sale at a price better than convenience stores, which came in handy. However, the toilet felt a little small for my size, but it wasn’t a huge issue. The amenities were mostly good, but basic things like water and toothbrushes were only available for purchase, which was a bit inconvenient. The lobby fridge had drinks at a higher price than nearby convenience stores, too. Still, a solid stay overall, and I'd consider returning for the value.
